PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Standard items are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days. Personalized items are processed and shipped in 10-14 business days. Items personalized with a crystal monogram or company logo are processed and shipped 18-21 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Standard shipping is UPS Ground, which is guaranteed between 3-5 business days and it is included in the purchase of your bag(within continental U.S). Processing time is the time it takes to make the order as each bag is made at the time the order is placed. We do offer second day and over night shipping; however, the processing time does not change. If you require a rush on processing please call 719-930-8150 or email us.

WARRANTY INFORMATION


40 Love Courture warranties the hardware, zippers, and structure of the bag for the life of the bag. This warranty is non-transferable; it is only applicable to the intended recipient of the initial purchase. 40 Love Courture does not warranty fabrics. All fabrics are rated for a certain amount of rubs, and while we pick fabrics rated for a high volume of rubs, fabric wear depends on usage. 40 Love Courture does not warranty normal wear and tear. If you elect to have after production customization done to your bag the 40 Love Courture Life Time Warranty is null and void.

REPAIR INFORMATION


If you need your bag repaired contact us at 40lovecourture@40lovecourture.com. Then ship the bag to 40 Love Courture, and we will inspect the bag to determine whether the damage is covered by warranty. If the damage is covered we will repair and ship the bag back at no cost to you. If the damage is not covered we will contact you on you would like to proceed with repair.

RETURN INFORMATION

All bags must be returned in a new, unused condition within seven days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) of purchase with the tag still attached. All returns are at customer expense, and should be in original packaging. Any return requests made after this period may or may not be granted store credit; however, no refund will be given, and return requirements still apply. All Sales on custom monogrammed bags are final. As such, no returns or exchanges accepted for custom bags.

CLEANING SUGGESTIONS:

Please use ivory soap and water to gently your bag. Do not dry clean or put it in the washer. This will void the warranty. If you need additional instructions you can call customer service at 719-930-8150 or email us.
